Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require a deposit before starting work?

Yes. All engagements begin with a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon milestone completion. This ensures mutual commitment and aligns with enterprise procurement standards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and Wise Business (bank transfers). All transactions are processed securely with PCI DSS compliance. Invoices can be issued in USD or EUR.

Can I customize a package to fit my specific needs?

How does the 150% Service Commitment work in practice?

Each milestone in your SOW has a defined delivery date. If we miss it, you receive service credits equal to 150% of that milestone value. Credits are capped at 25% of the total project cost and expire 12 months after the original deadline. Credits can be applied to future work or additional services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all engagements require a minimum 30-day notice period for cancellation. No retroactive refunds are issued for work already completed and delivered. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Do you work with US-based companies?

Yes. While Axelsius is registered in Ireland, we regularly serve US-based clients. All contracts are governed under Irish law with international arbitration clauses. Payments are accepted in USD via Wise Business or Stripe.
