Refund Policy

1. Fixed-Price Engagements
All Aelexius engagements are fixed-price with clearly defined scope, timeline, and acceptance criteria. There are no subscription fees or recurring billing unless explicitly agreed in a separate Optimization Retainer agreement.
2. 150% Service Credit
If we miss a milestone defined in the Statement of Work, you receive 150% of the milestone value as service credit toward the remaining engagement or a future project. This is our accountability commitment.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any time. Work completed to date is delivered, and you pay only for work completed. No cancellation penalties.
4. Refund Requests
If deliverables do not meet the acceptance criteria defined in the SOW and cannot be remediated within 30 days, you may request a refund of the unearned portion. We will work with you to resolve issues before a refund is necessary.
